THE GIRL BEHIND THE SMALL BUSINESS

Hi there! My name is Christina Malanos, and I'm the one woman band behind La Miscela Designs - I'm the one designing your invitations and stationery, getting back to your emails and messages, running our social media and loving every minute of it.

I started out on my wedding journey wanting to create invitations that were:

SIMPLE, yet focused on the details;

TIMELESS, yet reflective of our personal style;

ELEGANT, yet modern and funky; and
COST-EFFECTIVE, without having to compromise on quality or class.

I wanted something I was proud to show off, but didn't break the bank and I wanted to understand how the costs were allocated, so I could be create something beautiful within my means.

And so, La Miscela Designs was born!

WHAT MAKES LA MISCELA DESIGNS DIFFERENT?

It's all about the blend, baby.

In Italian, la miscela means ‘blend’, or ‘mixture’, and this is what I aim to provide - the perfect blend of design, styles, colours and emotions.

We will be transparent and work with you; make recommendations to help you achieve a look you're happy to sing about; and keep designing until you are comfortable with the end result, and have something that truly represents you.
